Refund & Shipping Policy
Orders are fulfilled by Nutra4health. The summary below explains how shipping, returns and refunds are handled for Canadian customers.
Shipping
Orders are usually processed within one to two business days. Delivery inside Canada typically takes five to ten business days depending on the destination province and courier load. A tracking number is emailed once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Returns
Return requests should be made within thirty days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days of the returned parcel being received and inspected. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Or Missing Orders
Contact us within seven days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
